  Went there on Mother's Day and lady said, "we have nothing to sell." One would expect a more friendly approach from a local business.

  We met with Lauren a couple months ago in her shop and were very interested in using her as our florist. She seemed to have attention to detail and good reviews online, so we were very excited to hear back from her with a quote. However, I never heard back from her, so I followed up via email several times, but I never received a response. There's really no excuse - checked my spam folder & everything, never received any phone calls and literally have been dropped from this opportunity. I think it's unprofessional & rude to totally ignore a potential client without any reasoning behind it. I gave her two stars simply because it was a good experience during our initial visit, but the rest of my experience was clearly not satisfactory.
